Expand Data Files - Enhancements

Primarily used when updating from an older version of Roughneck.

Many times new enhancements require adding extra fields to your data files for new routines.  The Expand routine normally will execute automatically for the current data directory when you install the enhancements.  However, if you have more than one data directory you select this option from the Utilities, Data Tools menu and run it for each data directory that you have.
